Migrate module path to git.k6n.net/mats + go 1.26

Integrates the module-path migration (previously on a diverged detached HEAD) onto main, which already carries the registry fix and later work. No internal imports referenced the old path, so go.mod is the only change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
